Angpetu | Radiance

from $175.00

Angpetu, a Sioux name which translates to 'Day', represents the radiance we develop as Black women even in the midst of trying times. I created this painting during my third year of college when I had just moved into my first apartment. The original painting is on drywall I found in the basement, but I recreated the piece on wood for resale. I wanted to include different pieces from sketches I had used during my self care days, and when put together, they created Angpetu. Order today and discover the radiance within yourself.
